Trey – President/CEO

A native of Paducah, Texas – Trey received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Doane University in 2015. He later received his master’s in Public Administration in 2019 from Purdue University Global. Trey has many years of experience in working with families and helping them grow and succeed. No matter if it was as a Family Support Specialist, Finance Advisor, or Student Success Manager–his goal in life has always been to help people become the best version of themselves, and he is always encouraging people to stay positive! His favorite quote is, “Never give up HOPE, your miracle could be right around the corner! Always stay positive!” In his free time, Trey spends as as much time as possible with his wife and two kids.

Hailey – Administrative Director

Hailey graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2016 with her bachelor’s degree in English Education. She has spent the past six years teaching 10th grade English at Lincoln High School and teaching reading at the Juvenile Detention Center. As a former teacher, she knows that healthy families are the foundation of society. She believes that strengthening and healing families is essential for building a better tomorrow for all people. Hailey is currently working on her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction and certification in social and emotional learning at Doane University. She is experienced in trauma-informed care, including restorative principles and practices as well as HR management. Her favorite quote is by Eleanor Roosevelt: “To handle yourself, use your head; to handle others, use your heart.” In her free time, Hailey love spending time with her family and being active in her church.

Rachel – Head of HR & Training

Rachel completed her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in Psychology with a minor in Sociology in 2005, and her masters in Industrial Psychology from Bellevue University in 2022. Rachel has a wide range of experience that includes being a Child Family Service case manager for the State of Nebraska for 8 years, many years of experience as a Family Support Specialist; as well as many years of experience as a Corporate Trainer for Pathfinders Inc, and Better Living Counseling Inc. Rachel’s most recent position before A Blessing of Hope was the Assistant Director for Northeast KinderCare for two years. Rachel brings great servant leadership, compassion, and faith to A Blessing of Hope, and loves helping the families of Nebraska. In her free time- she loves spending time with her husband, and their kids, and is a HUGEEE Husker football fan.

LisaMaria – Southeast Service Area Manager

LisaMaria graduated with her bachelor’s in human relations in 2011 and has had the pleasure of serving families for the past 19 years in human services in Nebraska. Her experience includes working with local Native American tribal entities, domestic violence advocacy, mental health and substance abuse work, as well as support work such as skillbuilding and family support. LisaMaria is a problem solver, as well as a transformational leader, which is what makes her unique. She is also bilingual. With her experience, and huge heart, she is such a huge asset to the mission at A Blessing of Hope. In her free time she likes to get outdoors as much as possible, you can find her camping, kayaking, or riding her bicycle on the local trails!

Stacia – Southeast/Eastern Service Area Manager

Stacia has a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Criminal Justice. She has also been a foster parent for 10+ years, a family support specialist, and a CPS case manager in Iowa and Nebraska for a total of 8 years. She also has experience working with the Conference of Western Attorneys to strengthen the legal system in Mexico…. teaching investigation and courtroom testimony there. Most recently, Stacia worked as a Sheriff for Saunders County and a police officer for Wahoo for 6 years. She was a certified K9 officer and a part of the Saunders County drug court team. She is also a DARE Instructor, LB1184 team member, and is FETI certified in crisis and forensic interviewing and also REID certified in interviewing and interrogation. Stacia is also a certified EMT in a small rural fire department. In her spare time, Stacia enjoys camping, spending time with her husband and 5 children (18, 16, 14, 11, and 9) and three dogs. She also loves to travel anywhere that has palm trees!

Samantha – Southeast Service Area Manager

Sam is a motivated leader with an aptitude for customer service and a passion for helping others. Before working at A Blessing of Hope and being promoted, Sam has spent her career in a training position where she was able to work closely with others to develop their skills, provide hope, and encourage them to accomplish their goals. With her training background, Sam understands the importance of using an individualized approach and an empathetic demeanor when working with families and children in need. When Sam is not working, she is spending time with her friends and family. Sam also enjoys painting and cuddling with her mini-Australian shepherd.

Lauryn- Central Service Area Manager

Lauryn graduated college last year from Central Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services, specializing in Substance Abuse Counseling.  Lauryn also obtained her PLADC license and also plans on furthering her education by getting a bachelor’s degree in Social Work.  Lauryn has experience in the Human Services field such as doing Supervised Visitation, Family Support, and even working at a men’s halfway house.  In her free time, Lauryn likes to spend time with her friends and family and also loves to travel when she’s able to.  Lauryn loves helping people become better versions of themselves and watching them accomplish their goals and says nothing is more rewarding than that.  Helping people and being selfless is her passion.  One of her favorite quotes to always remember is, “Somewhere along the way, we must learn that there is nothing greater than to do something for others.” -MLK Jr.

Tori – Executive Assistant

Tori Magilton has worked in the human services field since 2018, and according to her she has loved every minute of it! She was previously a supervisor for an IDD day service until she joined A Blessing of Hope as a Family Support Specialist. Tori excelled as a Family Support Specialist and displayed a lot of leadership qualities which led to her promotion. Tori always goes above and beyond for her team, and is a servant leader. “The rewards are endless and I continue to learn new things to help myself, my team, and our clients everyday! I am beyond blessed,” says Tori. Our clients constantly refer to her as a blessing in their life! In her free time Tori loves spending time with her family and working on DIY projects!
