Trey – President/CEO –

A graduate of Doane University in Psychology, and an Master’s in Public Administration, Trey is a proven leader with a diverse background in being a servant! Staff report that Trey is very charismatic, easy to talk to, and very funny! Trey is also the type of leader that works hard to make sure that every employee is heard and has a great experience at ABOH! When he is not working….. he is spending time with his wife, two kids, and very involved with his church.


Kerri – Human Resource Director –

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Kerri has a proven track record of building successful HR departments from the ground up. With her proven leadership background, bubbly personality, servant leadership heart, Kerri fits into the ABOH culture very well, and staff also report that she is very easy to talk to, and very kind!


LisaMaria – Direct Support Supervisor –

A graduate of Doane University, LisaMaria has over 22 years of experience in everything human services, ranging from domestic violence advocacy and Indian Child Welfare, to working with dual-diagnosis populations. She is bilingual, very bubbly, and very funny! Her team always talks about her caring heart and uplifting personality. You also never know which joke you may get each day! 

Jenna – Direct Support Supervisor –

Jenna has TONS of experience in the child welfare field and working with children. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family which includes; her husband, two children, and two dogs. She also enjoys playing sand volleyball when she is not working. Jenna is very extroverted and loves to help people! A random fact about her is that she can say 53 numbers of pi which is impressive!


Tori- Administrator (QA Team Lead)-

Where do we start? Tori is everything that is human service! She is proven leader through her experience, and now is tasked with making sure that ABOH is operating at its best! She is the glue that holds everything together at ABOH, and loves to serve! Anyone that talks to Tori will tell you that her heart is as big as her work ethic! When she is not working she is spending time with her family!


Leila- Lincoln Office Manager –

Leila was born with a passion to serve and make a difference in the world and from even a young age she has had a kind and caring heart. Leila is actively involved with advocacy and serving her community. Leila has over eight years of experience in nurturing young minds and working with children! Leila charms her coworkers and friends alike with her boundless positivity, infectious sense of humor, and unwavering authenticity. Beyond her professional pursuits, you’ll often spot Leila creating memories with her family, friends, and her cherished puppy- Winnie!


Sadie- Grand Island Office Manager –

Sadie has 4 plus years of Office Administration experience and over 3 years of experience in non-profit. When she is not working hard at A Blessing of Hope she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 cats. Her hobbies are cooking, baking, and decorating cakes! She will tell you that her kitchen is her happy place.


 ShayLynn- Omaha Office Manager –

ShayLynn has five years of property management experience along with previous experience in child welfare. She has a passion for organization and enjoys taking the lead in both a personal and professional environment which makes her a great asset at A Blessing of Hope! In her free time, Shay’s 3 young kids keep her busy with their activities which include dance, football & basketball. When she is not being Super Mom, Shay and her fiance love to travel!
